RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ DEFENDANT Prayer:- This Civil Revision Petition is filed Under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to allow this Civil Revision Petition and thereby direct the Learned District Munsif Court, Periyakulam to dispose the E.P.No.27 of 2017 in O.S.No.11 of 2012 pending on its file within stipulate time. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the letter received from the District Munsif, Periyakulam, in D.No.128/2019 dated 18.07.2019 seeking three months to dispose E.P.No.27/17 in O.S.

11/12, and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.RAJESH SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and, this Court made the following order:- By order dated 27.11.2018, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the execution proceedings within a period of three months.

2. The Court below has now submitted a letter dated 18.07.2019, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order dated 27.11.2018.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has no objection in extending the time limit.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below, three months time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 27.11.2018. The Court below shall dispose of the execution proceedings without allowing either parties to prolong the matter unnecessarily.
