Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner sought information from the local body. It was furnished. The petitioner is however not satisfied with the same. According to him, the details furnished are insufficient. He therefore filed an appeal and then second appeal before the Information Commissioner. The petitioner wants the Information Commission to expedite the enquiry.

3. I take judicial notice of the fact that the Information Commission is loaded with hundreds of applications and second appeals. It is not possible for this 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.14592 OF 2022 Court to permit the petitioner to jump the queue. It is for the first respondent to take up the case based on seniority.

4. I decline to grant the relief sought for. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
