This contempt petition was filed on the ground that the order passed in Rev.Apln.(MD) No.75 of 2014, dated 22.04.2022 was not complied with. 2/5

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader brought to our notice that as against the order passed in Review Application(MD) No.75 of 2014, a Special Leave Petition came to be filed by the fifth respondent. In the SLP(Civil) Diary No(s).20562 of 2022, the Apex Court through an interim order, dated 18.08.2022, has permitted M.Vairamuthu to work as a Secondary Grade Teacher.

3. This contempt petition was filed on the ground that the order passed in the review application has been violated. In view of the above development, we cannot pass any further orders in this contempt petition, till the disposal of the appeal by the Apex Court.

4. In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed, for the present. It is left open to the petitioner to work out her remedy depending upon the result of the appeal pending before the Apex Court. [J.N.B., J.] & [N.A.V.,J.] 16.09.2022 Index : Yes / No 3/5
