The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the speedy disposal of his appeal pending right from 27.02.2023.
2.Heard the learned Counsel on either side.
3.The petitioner has filed an application seeking cancellation of sub-division. The said application by way of appeal is pending before the first respondent right from 27.02.2023 onwards. 4.In view of the admitted position that the appeal is pending with the first respondent, which is not disputed by any of the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the first respondent to hear the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 to 6 2/5
