Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in W.L.O.R. No.1 of 2024 on the file of the respondent. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent, in connection with a case in W.L.O.R.No.1 of 2024, for the offence under Sections 2, 9, 39, 50, 52, 57 and 51 of Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused hunted Indian Gaur. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. However, this case has been foisted against the petitioner. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that this is the 3rd anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegations, the earlier anticipatory bail petitions filed by the petitioner were dismissed by this Court on 13.03.2024 and 30.04.2024. He further submits that the respondent has also recovered 100 kgs. of Indian Gaur meat from the petitioner's house.
5. Considering the nature of offence and since there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
