ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue hall ticket and permit the petitioner to undertake the Assistant Surgeon (General) Examination, conducted by the 2nd respondent scheduled to be held on 12.02.2017.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced the order in Ref.No.150/MRB/E2/2017, dated 02.02.2017 passed by the Chairman of the Medical Services Recruitment Board and submitted that the request of the petitioner to undertake the Assistant Surgeon (General) Examination to be held on 12.02.2017, has been rejected. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the order dated 02.02.2017, without going into the various aspects of the pleadings, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 02.02.2017, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD) No.1481 of 2017 is closed.
