Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.PRAGALATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition dated 12.12.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.15869 of 2023 in Crl.A(MD)No.444 of 2023 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.N.Pragalathan and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police are present before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

Considering the nature and the gravity of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.15869 of 2023 in Crl.A(MD)No.444 of 2023 on the file of this Court is modified and the petitioner shall report before the concerned trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
