ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The writ petitioner is presently working as Joint Director of Kallar Reclamation Schools. He seeks promotion to the post of Director in the Education Department. He has given representation on 25.05.2023. It is the first respondent who has to take a call in the matter. The first respondent shall pass order on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
