This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction forbearing the respondents 5 to 7 from in any manner conducting the Kudhirai Eduppu Periya Thiruvizha in the temples of Sri Arulmigu https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Karandamalai Ayyanar and Muthukaruppanasamy, Karayamman and Malayamman situated at Sethur Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that nothing survives in this petition for adjudication since the festival has already been celebrated in the month of September 2017 itself.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the next festival period. No costs.
