*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The petitioner herein is a practising advocate. He is also the President of Kamaraj Nagar Kudierupor Sangam, Kamaraj Nagar, T.B.Road, Vallioor, Tirunelveli. There was no bus stop in that area. With great difficulty, they managed to get a bus stop at T.B.road, Kamaraj Nagar.
2.The Second respondent issued proceedings dated 08.08.2009 in this regard. Even though the bus stop was directed to be located and would also be formally opened, instead at present, a bus shelther is being put up at a different place and that is far away from the existing bus stop. Therefore, the present writ petition has been filed for forbearing the authorities from putting up the bus shelter at a far away place. 3.We are of the view that direction can be given for considering the representation dated 14.09.2017 submitted by the writ petitioner. When a bus stop has been located in T.B road, obviously there has to be a bus shelter also. Hence this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation dated 14.09.2017 submitted by the writ petitioner in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
