PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order in Cr.M.P.No.3894 of 2020 and Cr.M.P.No.3853 of 2020, dated 02.05.2022 respectively and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent to provide further time to pay installments.

No.14571 of 2022 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the Writ Petitions may be closed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy before the Debts Recovery Tribunal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundles. 3.Recording the said endorsement, these Writ Petitions are closed, granting liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. No costs.
