ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint, dated 28.07.2017.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given a complaint before the second respondent police which was not registered by him and no enquiry was conducted. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that already the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and closed as civil in nature, directing the parties to approach the Civil Court.

4. Considering the fact that already the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and closed as civil in nature, no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
