ORDER

The petitioner has come before this Court with the present Writ Petition seeking compassionate appointment by considering his representation dated 23.01.2017.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would sumit that the petitioner's father died on 20.11.2006, while he was in service.

Hence the petitioner and his mother submitted representations to the second respondent seeking appointment on compassionate ground. But no appointment order was issued to him. Finally, on 23.01.2017, the petitioner submitted a representation to the second respondent, which was also not considered so far. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation would be considered on merits, within the time stipulated by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2017 on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
