ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.23 of 2018 pending on the file of the first respondent police station by accepting the Joint Compromise memo, dated 22.10.2018.

2.When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioner as well as the second respondent. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and the matter has been settled between the parties.
