Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 10.8.2017 to defer the proceedings initiated by him in Na.Ka.A2/22395/2010, dated 12.6.2017 until the disposal of the suit in O.s.No.181 of 2009 and also to register the cultivation made in the suit property.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 10.8.2017 to defer the proceedings initiated by him in Na.Ka.A2/22395/2010, dated 12.6.2017 until the disposal of the suit in O.s.No.181 of 2009 and also to register the cultivation made in the suit property. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes

3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself. 4.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that it would suffice if the second respondent is directed to consider the representation, dated 10.08.2017, within a reasonable time fixed by this Court. 5.In the light of the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition and the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner,without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 10.08.2017 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders on the same, after giving notice to the Petitioner and other interested parties, if any, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
