This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct appropriate enquiry upon the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.11.2021 followed by CSR dated 07.01.2022 on the file of the second respondent in accordance with law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that with regard to the dispute between the petitioner and one Sathish, the petitioner gave a complaint to the second respondent dated 11.11.2021 and the respondent police has not taken any action. Hence, this present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that after receiving the complaint CSR No. 4 of 2022 is given and it is under enquiry and he seeks two weeks time to complete complete the enquiry.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed the second respondent is hereby directed to complete the enquiry upon C.S.R.No.4 of 2022 registered on 07.01.2022 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 07.07.2022 Index :Yes/No ebsi To
