By consent of both sides, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.This writ petition has been filed with a huge and unexplained delay. The petitioner had appeared in the selection process for the post of Junior Dispatching Attendant on 11.09.2015. After that, the petitioner had not taken any step except moving an application under Right To Information Act. The petitioner had also made a representation to the respondent on 27.05.2016. Finding no response in his favour, the petitioner has come to this Court with the present writ petition. 3.The petitioner immediately after taking part in the certificate verification, should have resorted to legal remedy without doing so, the petitioner cannot approach this Court after two years delay. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
