ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the first respondent, dated 24.04.2025, wherein he has accepted the Form VII submitted by the second respondent Trust.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the District Registrar has earlier returned / rejected the same Form VII on 09.08.2024 after hearing the writ petitioner. However, the present District Registrar has chosen to accept the said Form VII. 2/5

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent as well as the learned Counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that the order of return was taken on appeal by the third respondent before the Deputy Inspector General of Registration and after considering the materials on record, he has chosen to pass an order on 11.11.2024, wherein he had issued a direction to the District Registrar to accept the Form VII. Based upon the instructions issued by the Deputy Inspector General of Registration, the District Registrar has passed the order.

4. In view of the above said facts, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the order impugned in the writ petition. However, the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a request for furnishing a copy of the order passed by the DIG Registration on 11.11.2024 and he sought permission of this Court to challenge the same.

5. In view of the above said facts, the first respondent herein is directed to furnish a copy of the order passed by the DIG of Registration, dated 11.11.2024, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
