Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., directing the respondents 2 to 4 not to harass the petitioner under guise of enquiry without following due process of law.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the respondents 2 to 4 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without following due process of law.

2. The facts of the case are that the petitioner's relative namely, Nexon has cheated the fifth respondent with regard to getting job in abroad. However, the petitioner was no way connected to the above transaction. In this regard the fifth respondent gave a complaint against the petitioner to the respondent Police. The respondent Police frequently called the petitioner for enquiry, thereby, harassing the petitioner. Under these circumstances, the petitioner preferred a representation dated 11.07.2022 to the respondent Police not to harass him under the guise of enquiry.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submits that no complaint is pending against the petitioner.
