ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking mandamus directing the respondent to grant solvency certificate to the petitioner by considering his application dated 02.05.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the application has been rejected due to want of certain documents. He further submits that in case all the documents are enclosed, his application would be considered on merits.

3. Considering the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh online application enclosing all the documents. On receipt of such an application, the respondent is directed to pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such application.

4. The Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
