Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.7001/no.1/2017 dated 0506-2017 passed by the Respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to reimburse the medical expenses to the tune of Rs.2,39,486/-( Two lakh Thirty Nine thousand Four Hundred and Eighty Six Rupees only) along with interest at the rate of 7.5 percent within the time priod stipulated by this Honourable Court.
