ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 IPC and Section 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation)Act, 1957 in Crime No.127 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had illegally transported half unit of river sand. Hence, the present case has been registered.

one case is similar in nature in Cr.No.206 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

4.Considering the nature of allegation as against this petitioner and the bad antecedents of this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
