..Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2017, seeking to make sub-division, issue separate patta to the Petitioner in respect of properties in S.No.7/37, O.23.0 Hectare, situated at Kayakkadu Village, Rajenthirapuram Group, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District within the time frame fixed by this court.

ORDER

The Petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of his representation, dated 15.09.2017. 2.Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself. 4.Mr.M.Muniasamy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would further submit that it would suffice if a direction is given to the respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 15.09.2017 within the time frame fixed by this Court. 5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation of the Petitioner

will be considered as per law, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

6.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsels, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to take appropriate action on the representation of the Petitioner, dated 15.09.2017 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders on the same, after giving notice to the Petitioner and other interested parties, if any, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order 7.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
