ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused No.1,3&5, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 323, 307 and 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.208 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the accused Nos. 3 & 5 namely, Jothimuthu and Esakkiyammai @ Esakkiyammal moved Crl.OP (MD)No.11116 of 2022 for granting anticipatory bail and they were also granted anticipatory bail by this Court dated 30.06.2022. Suppressing the above said fact, the accused persons along with the first accused have moved the second anticipatory bail petition. 3.This Court should not permit such conduct of the petitioners 2 & 3 even though the first petitioner has no role. He may file a fresh petition.
