ORDER

The Petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to conduct tender by following the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act for the name of work improvement of Road in Ward No.13, Narayana Asari Street, Keelaratha Veethi, Ward No.14, Selliamman Koil Street, as per the Administrative sanction issued by the second respondent vide Mu.Mu.No.1128/2017/B1, dated 23.6.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for R1 and Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate takes notice

3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself. 4.Mr.K.R.Rajkumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is given to the respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 01.09.2017.

5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the Petitioner will be considered as per law, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

6.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 01.09.2017 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders on the same, after giving notice to the Petitioner and other interested parties, if any, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order 7.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
