Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey the land in S.No.56/3C to the extent of 0.82.0 ares(2.41 acres) classified as Punja of 1.02 acre was purchased by the Petitioner in the eastern side by a sale deed dated 21.09.1994 as per Aranthangi Sub-Registrar Office, registered Document No.1946/1994, which is a part and parcel of Mookudi Panchayat, Aranthangi Union and Taluk, Pudukkottai District and issue a patta to the Petitioner in considering the representation dated 15.6.2017.

ORDER
The Petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to survey his land in S.No.56/3C to the extent of 0.82.0 ares(2.41 acres) classified as Punja of 1.02 acre, purchased by the Petitioner in the eastern side by a sale deed, dated 21.09.1994 as per Aranthangi Sub-Registrar Office, registered Document No.1946/1994, which is a part and parcel of Mookudi Panchayat, Aranthangi Union and Taluk, Pudukkottai District and issue a patta to the Petitioner in considering the representation dated 15.6.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate takes notice

3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself. 4.Mr.C.Nagamuthu, learned counsel for the Petitioner would further submit that it would suffice, if a direction is given to the first respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 15.06.2017.
5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the Petitioner will be considered as per law, within the time frame fixed by this Court. 6.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 15.06.2017 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders on the same, after giving notice to the Petitioner and other interested parties, if any, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order 7.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
