O R D E R

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw and transfer the I.D.O.P.No.437 of 2020 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai to Principal District Court, Tiruchirappalli to try along with the I.D.O.P.No.106 of 2020.

2. In view of the order passed by this Court in Tr.C.M.P.(MD) No.223 of 2020, dated 04.11.2020, transferring the I.D.O.P.No.106 of 2020 from the file of the Principal District Court, Tiruchirappalli to the Family Court, Madurai District to be tried along with I.D.O.P.No.437 of 2020, no further orders are necessary in this Transfer Miscellaneous Petition.

3. At this juncture, it is represented by both sides that now both the parties realized the reality of life and are inclined to live together and pleaded to record such statement in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

4. In such view of the matter, both parties shall file necessary application before the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai District indicating their inclination to live together and resolve the issues and the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai District, shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders.
