O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 30.09.2019 made in Crl.O.P (MD). No. 13864 of 2019.

2. This Court, by an order dated 30.09.2019 made in Crl.O.P (MD). No. 13864 of 2019, directed the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.393 of 2016 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent herein completed investigation in Crime No.393 of 2016 and also filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pudukkottai and the same has been taken on file and it is pending for committal in P.R.C.No.13 of 2020.
