her husband namely Bhagavathiraj (PID No.511936) a life convict prisoner, now confined in the Central Prison, Madurai, without escort, permitting him to execute his personal bond before the prison authorities for a period of 15 days.

O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by N.ANAND VENKATESH, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 24.04.2026, by way of granting parole to her husband, namely Bhagavathiraj (PID No.511936), a life convict prisoner now confined in the Central Prison, Madurai, without escort.

2. Heard both sides.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the impugned proceedings of the 3rd respondent, dated 29.04.2026, wherein it is seen that the representation

has been rejected. In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition. It is left open to the petitioner to challenge the said order in the manner known to law.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above liberty. No costs.
