*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The petitioner alleges that the road from A.Pudhupatti to Kalvelipatti is fully damaged and not fit for travel. He has further submitted a representation dated 04.09.2013 to the third respondent. Since no action has been initiated, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.This Court directs the fourth respondent as well as the fifth respondent to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner in this regard and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to enclose a fresh copy of the representation along with this order copy to the fourth respondent.

3.This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
