PRAYER :- Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent herein to issue No Objection Certificate (NOC) to get transfer from the fourth respondent Kallar Reclamation School to any Government Higher Secondary School at School Education Department in terms of Clause 4 of the G.O.(Ms) No.73, dated 25.08.2022 issued by the Principal Secretary to Government, Backward Classes, Most Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare Department by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2026 made through proper channel within a time stipulated by this Court by enabling the petitioner to participate in the forthcoming unit to unit/departmental transfers. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent herein to issue No Objection Certificate (NOC) to get transfer from the fourth respondent Kallar Reclamation School to any Government Higher Secondary School at School 2/6

Education Department in terms of Clause 4 of the G.O.(Ms) No.73, dated 25.08.2022 issued by the Principal Secretary to Government, Backward Classes, Most Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare Department by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2026 made through proper channel within a time stipulated by this Court by enabling the petitioner to participate in the forthcoming unit to unit/departmental transfers.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is entitled to obtain "No Objection Certificate" from the second respondent in terms of the orders issued in G.O.(Ms).No.73 dated 25.08.2022, with a specific reference to Clause 4 of the Said Government Order. However, the request made by the petitioner for grant of NOC through representation dated 26.02.2026 is kept pending by the second respondent.

3. Taking note of the facts, Mr.N.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader fairly submitted that the second 3/6

respondent may be directed to pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner.

4. In the light of the above, without going into merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both the parties, directing the second respondent to consider the representation dated 26.02.2026 submitted by the petitioner duly taking into the orders issued in G.O.(Ms)No.73 dated 25.08.2022 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
