Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner seeks correction in the FMB regarding the petition mentioned lands. The third respondent is the authority competent to consider the petitioner's request.

3.The third respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation and pass order on merits and in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

4. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
