KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) These review applications are filed by the writ petitioners seeking to review the order dated 27.07.2021 passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.9231 of 2021 and W.A(MD)No.720 of 2021. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.Veera Kathiravan, learned Additional Advocate General submitted a common written instructions, dated Nil, wherein it is stated as follows: 3/6
'8.It is submitted that the relief sought by the petitioners were similar to that of Tr.Pravin Kumar and the respective writ petitions were filed where the writ appeal order was passed in the case of Tr.Pravin Kumar. Hence, the Board in compliance to the High Court order dated 12.09.2023 and 10.11.2023 allowed the candidates to participate in the successive stages as the case may be and considered them under PSTM based on their eligibility under their respective category. Out of eight petitioners, who were allowed by the Court, six candidates became eligible under their respective category. The six candidates were selected for final provisional selection and sent for Medical Examination and Police Verification.
9.It is submitted that since the order of Tr.Pravin Kumar has been complied with by the Board on the direction of the High Court and the petitioners herein are also seeking remedies on same line, therefore, the Board will consider their request and issue orders based on their eligibility.' 3.The above common written instructions shall form part of the records.
