O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce his wife, namely, Navina, daughter of Mathiyazhagan, aged about 22 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is an engineering graduate and working in abroad. He came to India six months back and fell in love with the detenue Navina and both of them got married on 14.09.2020 in Sri Muthu Mariyammal Koil, Kasakadu and the same is also registered with the Sub-Registrar Office, Madukkur on 16.09.2020.

H.C.P.(MD) No.875 of 2020 petitioner and the detenue appeared before this Court through Video Conferencing from the Office of the Public Prosecutor. On enquiry, the detenue stated that she is aged about 23 years and got married with the petitioner on 14.09.2020. Despite the same, her uncles / respondents 3 and 4 kidnapped her and arranged for another marriage, for which she is not agreeable. Now, she joined with the petitioner and they are living together happily.
4. In the light of the above statement of the detenue, no further adjudication is required in this habeas corpus petition and the same is, therefore, closed.
