:Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records connected to the impugned rejection order of the second respondent dated Nil passed by the second respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently, to direct the respondents to grant permission and provide police protection to conduct hunger strike agitation on 25.11.2018 (Sunday) between 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. at opposite to ESI Hospital, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District.
