ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and earlier order of this court dated 21.09.2022 and requisition letter submitted by the II Additional Disrict Judge, (CBI Cases)(FAC), Madurai Vide letter in D.No.727 dated 15/09/23, this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.13 of 2006.

2. The learned II Additional District Judge (CBI Cases) (FAC), Madurai, sent a letter dated 15.09.2023, requesting extension of further time of six months to dispose of C.C.No.13 of 2006, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 20.04.2023.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in C.C.No.13 of 2006 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
