ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to re-open and transfer the investigation in N.Ref.G3/22563/1293/2019, dated 18.05.2019 on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police had completed the investigation and the same was closed on 08.08.2019.
