RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for his surrender by another 15 days in Crl.O.P. (MD) NO.17811 of 2018 dated 08/10/2018 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.POORNA CHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.ASOKAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had received the order copy on 26.10.2018 and thereafter, he had suffered with Dengue/Swine Flue and he has taking treatment from 05.11.2018 to 20.11.2018.

3. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties as per the order of this court, dated 08.10.2018. The petitioner ought to have executed sureties within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The learned counsel would submit that now sureties are available and he is ready to comply with the conditions.

4. In view of the same, time granted by this Court to comply with the directions imposed vide order, dated 08.10.2018 in Crl.O.P.No.17811 of 2018 is extended for a period of two weeks from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
