This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to issue non-traceable certificate in respect of the documents viz., original sale deed in Document No.328/1996 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Ottapidaram, Original patta in Patta No.1283 to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that non-traceable certificate has been issued on 24.11.2020. Hence, this petition has become infructuous. 3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
