submitted by the petitioner, dated 21.03.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
