O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the road laid in the petitioner's property in S.No. 517/4, Pillathurai Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District and to restore the said lands to its original position within time stipulated by this Court by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2023.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the fourth respondent has illegally laid a thar road across the petitioner's agricultural lands and, subsequently, the third respondent has also laid water pipelines in the petitioner's property. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents on 03.04.2023. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 03.04.2023 would be considered in accordance with law.

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.04.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
