ORDER
The Petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent to submit khis report before the first respondent in connection with the Petitioner's application dated 14.09.2016 and consequently to direct the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on such report filed by the second respondent within the time limit fixed by this Court.

3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself. 4.Mr.S.M.Anantha Murugan, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that it would suffice if a direction is given to the respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 14.09.2016.
5.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the Petitioner will be considered as per law, within the time frame fixed by this Court.
6.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 14.09.016 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders on the same, after giving notice to the Petitioner and other interested parties, if any, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order 7.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
