2. The petitioner seeks issuance of passport.
3. It is stated by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for R2 that the criminal case against the petitioner is pending only at the FIR stage. Therefore, there cannot be any impediment for processing the petition mentioned application.
4. The first respondent is directed to process the petition mentioned application and issue passport to the petitioner of-course subject to fulfilment of usual formalities.
5. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
