2.The petitioners allege harassment at the hands of the first respondent. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents informs the Court that the complaint was given by the third respondent's wife enquiry was conducted, wherein, the third respondent's wife has stated that no further action is necessary in the matter.
