PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. Not known of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) I.P.C, in Crime No. Not known of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that as of now F.I.R. was registered in Crime No.1246 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. He would further submit that the first petitioner herein/Chitra was already granted anticipatory bail by order of this Court, dated 26.11.2020, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13418 of 2020. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission, the prayer sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted now and the prayer become infructuous.
