ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to To modify the condition No.1 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.889 of 2025 dated 28.04.2025 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Dindigul regularly. However, the petitioner was threatened and harassed by the respondent police. Hence, he prays for modification of the first condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the first condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul, in Crl.M.P.No.889 of 2025 dated 28.04.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
