This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct proper enquiry based on the petitioner's representation, dated 19.07.2021. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner's representation, dated 19.07.2021 is pending on the file of the second respondent.

3.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.07.2021, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
