(Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.) Alleging that the petitioner's son by name M.Siva, S/o.V.Murugan, aged about 30 years, found missing, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the fourth respondent police. But, till date the detenu was not secured. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the detenu was secured and he is not pressing this petition.

3. In view of the above said submissions, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
