ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL MP(MD). No.6595 of 2019 in CRL OP(MD) No.14449 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the modified condition imposed by this court in CRL MP(MD). No.6595 of 2019 in CRL OP(MD). No.14449 of 2018 regularly, and hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that in this case, after completing the investigation, charge-sheet has been filed and the case has also been taken on file. Further, the petitioner has been complying with the modified condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the above facts, the condition imposed by this court in CRL MP(MD).No.6595 of 2019 in CRL OP(MD). No.14449 of 2018 is fully relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
