gk 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that compromise talk is going on between the parties and that the petitioner has already made a part-payment of Rs.1,00,000/- before the trial Court. In view of the subsequent development, he sought for withdrawing this revision petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission and the endorsement so made, this civil revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
